Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully for all vase, showpiece, statue, idol, and wall decor products.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that are broken, altered, or used after delivery will not be eligible.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
4. Return Process

- Provide order details along with reason for return and supporting images (if applicable).
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (details required).
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
